FormPesa is a free online form builder for Kenyan businesses. Create a form, share the link, and collect M-Pesa payments via STK Push — no till number required, and money settles directly to your M-Pesa account. FormPesa is powered by Fortpesa for payment collection.

What you can build

Ready-made templates, each fully editable:
  • Event tickets — visual tiers, per-type pricing, quantity steppers
  • Donations — preset amounts, custom option, anonymous giving
  • School fees — grade and term selectors
  • Orders & delivery — quantity, delivery or pickup
  • Bookings — time-slot grid, service cards
  • RSVP & registrations — yes/no buttons, guest count, preference chips
Or start from a blank form and drag in your own fields.

How it works

  1. Build — pick a template or design your form; set your amounts.
  2. Share — send the link on WhatsApp, embed it on your site, or drop it anywhere.
  3. Get paid — the customer approves an STK push on their phone; payment confirms automatically and settles straight to your M-Pesa.
